JOSHU Membership Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction
The JOSHU Membership Program is published by JOSHU LLC (hereinafter referred to as “JOSHU”).
This program is exclusively available for use online through our U.S. website at joshu.online.
Purchases of JOSHU products from any third-party retailers, such as Amazon or other platforms, do not qualify for this loyalty program. Participation is only valid for purchases made through the official JOSHU website at joshu.online.
Membership Terms and Conditions
The JOSHU Membership Program (hereinafter referred to as “JOSHU Membership”) is a loyalty initiative open to all adult consumers, i.e., any natural person acting for personal purposes unrelated to their professional, commercial, industrial, artisanal, or agricultural activities. Each person may hold only one membership. Employees of JOSHU, as well as companies, associations, or any other legal entities, are excluded from participation in the Program.
By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Program’s General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent amendments. It is recommended that participants review the Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. The Terms are independent of other agreements or general terms regarding the purchase of JOSHU products or participation in other programs.
Participation in the Program also binds you to JOSHU’s Privacy Policy and the general terms and conditions of the joshu.online website. If you do not agree to these policies and terms, you may not participate in the Program.
JOSHU reserves the right to exclude members who fail to comply with the Terms.
Membership and associated benefits are at the sole discretion of JOSHU, which reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, its operational rules, or its benefits at any time. Participants will be notified of changes via email and updates on the website. Continued participation after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Program Registration
2.1 – Opening a Customer Account
To participate in the Program and unlock benefits, members must create a customer account through joshu.online/my-account/. Registration is free and requires no purchase.
2.2 – Account Ownership
Only one account may be associated with an email address. In the event of a dispute over account ownership, the authorized account holder will be the person assigned the relevant email address by the internet service provider or domain name provider.
2.3 – Data Accuracy
Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date registration information. JOSHU reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if the information provided is false, incomplete, or outdated. Members must promptly update their information to maintain account access.
Purpose and Operation of the Program
The JOSHU Membership Program rewards customers for purchasing products from the JOSHU brand. Members progress through tiers based on their cumulative spending. Each tier unlocks benefits that remain active for the current season, provided the account is in good standing.

Membership Tiers and Benefits
Membership tiers and benefits will be updated annually. Refer to the JOSHU website for the most current information regarding rewards and credits.
Reward Redemption and Program Benefits
Time-sensitive benefits, such as ‘free shipping for a year,’ are valid for a rolling 12-month period from the date of unlocking, regardless of annual credits reset.
Automatic Unlocks: Benefits activate automatically when spending milestones are reached.
Non-Transferable: Memberships, benefits, and rewards cannot be shared, transferred, or exchanged.
Shipping and Costs: Free shipping benefits apply to eligible orders; however, fees may apply for standalone reward claims if no purchase is made.
Program Communication
Members will receive email communications about their membership, progress, and benefits. Opting out of Program-related emails may limit access to updates and some benefits.
Fraud and Abuse Policy
Any suspected fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to providing false information, attempting to exploit program benefits unlawfully, or engaging in activities that violate these Terms, may result in immediate suspension or termination of the member’s account. In such cases, all accrued rewards, credits, and benefits will be forfeited. JOSHU reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any individual or entity engaging in fraudulent behavior or abuse of the Program.
Force Majeure Clause
JOSHU shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the Membership Program due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, work stoppages, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, JOSHU reserves the right to suspend or modify the Program as necessary until normal operations can resume.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Explicit Consent
By enrolling in the JOSHU Membership Program, members explicitly consent to the Terms and Conditions outlined herein, including the collection and use of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Members also consent to receiving program-related communications, including notifications about rewards, benefits, and updates to the Program.
Program Adjustments and Termination
JOSHU reserves the right to modify, restrict, or terminate the JOSHU Membership Program, its tiers, or its benefits at any time. Updates will be communicated through joshu.online, and changes will not retroactively affect members actively progressing within the current cycle.
Personal Data
Participation in the Program requires the collection of personal data to manage memberships and rewards. Data will be handled according to JOSHU’s Privacy Policy. Members have the right to access, update, or request deletion of their data by contacting us on joshu.online/contact/
